Philip Niedermair
Philip Niedermair serves as Managing Director of Neuberger and Company, Inc., an authorized licensee of the Sandler Sales Institute. His experience allows Philip to help companies improve their sales force and their sales process so individuals can meet their goals.
Prior to joining Neuberger and Company, Philip served as CEO of Metrum Group, a 35 person firm which had offices in Silver Spring, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Detroit, New York, Brussels, and London. Philip managed a staff of consultants who worked with all levels of management, from CEO’s to managers. In this capacity Philip worked in long term senior staff consulting roles with well known firms like: MasterCard International, Europay, Citibank, Diners Club International, ServiceMaster, UPS, Tru-Green Chemlawn, Coca-Cola, BP, ARCO Atlantic Richfield Oil Co., US Post Office, Bell South, and Sprint. His responsibilities included managing core business operations in training, market research, strategic planning and national/global project management.
Over the last 20 years, Philip's entrepreneurial experience included assisting small businesses in numerous start-ups and new ventures. These companies have included partnerships with large existing companies and stand alone ventures. He played key roles in business plan development, venture capital presentations, reviews, and in securing financing.
Philip has had a proven record in multiple industries and consulting roles, developing skills in various executive positions including: sales, marketing, strategic planning, negotiations and research throughout the US and worldwide. International experience has included personally working in over 20 European countries and Israel.
Philip helps raise awareness and investment for numerous philanthropies. He is a past Honorary Ambassador for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, his native country. Philip currently coaches youth soccer, is a past Recreational League Commissioner, and previously sponsored a Boys youth team U15 through NCSL U18, eight of the team went on to earn virtually full college scholarships.
